RETURN POLICY
All your orders are carefully manufactured and packaged to ensure they reach you in excellent condition. In case of a defective product, you must send us a photo of it via email at 2galsart@gmail.com as soon as possible after receiving it. We will promptly schedule its replacement with our shipping costs.
You are entitled to withdraw from the purchase of a product within 14 days (from the date of receipt). To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract with a clear statement before the 14-day period expires. The customer must return the product in the excellent condition it was received (unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging, which must not be damaged). Additionally, the original proof of purchase (retail receipt, invoice) from the person who initially purchased the product must be presented. Return shipping costs are borne by you. The refund will be made to you within 3 business days from the day we receive the product.
Is gift wrapping available?
Of course! In the order comments, you can write the word “gift”. If you want the gift to be sent directly to the recipient, please add the phrase “no receipt”. The purchase receipt will be sent to the email address provided in your customer details. In the “Address” field, enter your details, while in the “Shipping address” and “Phone number” fields, enter the recipient’s information.
