Returns / Cancellations
Returns are accepted only if the products to be returned are sealed, have not been used, and are in the condition in which they were received. They must be accompanied by the retail receipt or invoice within 14 business days from the date stated on the respective document. In the case of receiving a defective product, the following terms apply:

The product must be returned by the customer to us within 14 days from the purchase date, along with its complete packaging and the proof of purchase.

The malfunction of the product must be due to a manufacturer’s defect, not a result of misuse, such as but not limited to: dropping, operating outside the manufacturer’s specifications, unauthorized internal repairs, etc.
By confirming the order, the buyer agrees to receive the product at the price accepted, even if the price of the product changes in the future. In the case of a pricing error, 2galsart.gr will promptly notify the buyer and reserves the right to cancel the order.
